What does a foreign buyer pay the state at M Minori?
Johor charges RM2,000 per title to apply, plus a levy set at 3% of the price that never drops below RM30,000; under the serviced-apartment route for units below RM1,000,000 bought from the developer, the levy floor rises to RM50,000. A RM600,000 unit shows the effect: 3% would be RM18,000, so RM50,000 is charged, RM52,000 with the fee. Buying from Mah Sing, the levy is calculated on the stamped SPA price.
