The fittings list for every house covers solar PV (4.0 kWp), an EV charging point, solar water heating for each bathroom except the maid's, a tank for harvesting rainwater, a water booster pump, an automatic gate and a digital lock on the main door.
Parking for Up to Six Cars
Car space depends on the type. Types A and C hold up to three cars. The larger D, D1, E, F and G types hold up to six, with three covered spaces, which leaves room for a multi-car household and visitors without parking on the street.
Freehold on Individual Title
Every unit is freehold on its own individual title, and the maintenance fee for the gated estate is RM350 a month. The title type also decides who can buy: as landed homes in Selangor, these units are open to Malaysian buyers only.
