Jewel by Oxley is the second tower at Oxley Towers on Jalan Ampang: a 49-storey building with 267 serviced residences, from one to two-plus-one bedrooms, priced from RM1,784,000. It is the low-density option in the development — a quarter of the unit count of its sister tower — and construction at Oxley Towers is complete, with residential handovers underway since September 2025.
What we like
- Only 267 units in a 49-storey tower — the lowest density at this address.
- Finished building. Handovers have been running since September 2025, so you can inspect before you buy.
- Larger layouts available, including the 1,227 sq ft D1 dual key and the 2,185 sq ft E1 with three bedrooms and a study.
What to check before you commit
- Get the maintenance fee in writing. The current figure is about RM0.66 per sq ft including sinking fund; confirm it for your unit before you sign.
- Confirm the car park allocation for the exact unit you are shown.
- Two hotels share the development. Check how residential access, lifts and parking are separated from hotel traffic.
