Our take
The Conlay is a completed serviced residence on Jalan Conlay, Bukit Bintang, next to Conlay MRT station. One 51-level tower, 491 units, 7 layouts from 743 to 1,335 sq ft, from RM1,460,000. It suits a buyer who wants a finished city-centre home they can inspect today — as long as the 743 sq ft layouts coming without a car park is not a deal breaker.
Owner-occupiers who work around KL City Centre, TRX or Bukit Bintang and want to walk or take one train stop to the office. Investors looking at the short-stay and expatriate rental market, where a completed building next to an MRT station with concierge service is easy to position. Less suitable for a family that needs three bedrooms, or a buyer who needs two car parks under RM1.5 million.
