創業經過
據公司介紹，Platinum Victory在1990年代末、1997年亞洲金融風暴之後開始涉足產業發展。聯合創辦人Tan Sri Datuk Seri Gan Yu Chai於2000年進軍產業發展，首個項目是位於冼都、佔地約4英畝、共288個單位的Pelangi Condominium，2002年推出（完工項目頁也將其列為2002年）。之後公司在文良港購地：先在Melati Utama發展Platinum Hill（2005年的PV1店屋、PV3與PV5公寓），再在Danau Kota發展Platinum Lake City（2008年的Platinum Walk）。公司稱Platinum Hill項目共交付近3,000個住宅和店屋單位。

發展歷程
2000-2007
以冼都Pelangi Condominium（2002年）進軍發展業；在Melati Utama推出Platinum Hill總體規劃，包括PV1、PV3、PV5（2005年）和PV6（2007年）。
2008-2016
在Danau Kota發展Platinum Lake City（2008年Platinum Walk，以及PV10、PV12、PV13/PV128、PV15、PV16、PV20、PV21），並推出首個市中心項目——蘇丹依斯邁路The Face Platinum Suites（概況頁稱第一期2015年完工，完工列表列在2016年）。
2017-2026
